Pride 2018!

Pride 2018 is here! The 100 Wellesley Street Tenant Association wishes everyone a Happy Pride!

We've decorated the building from top to bottom! From the traffic circle to the lobby to the rooftop you can see the Pride colours on display!

This will be a busy week with a lot of activity in the building. To enhance security, Capreit is adding more security personnel during the week:

• Effective Monday June 18th there will be 2 guards on duty from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am.

• Starting 8:00 am Friday June 22nd there will be two guards on duty 24 hours a day.

• As always, our security company will have a mobile unit ready to provide backup to the guards on site.

• Areas of special interest will be the pool and roof. Please refrain from the temptation to have large pool parties and alcohol at the pool. The front and back of the building will be kept clear of excess vehicles. The back of the building will be chained off to prevent parking in this area.

• If you need security this week, or any time, call the main office number: (416) 924-5100. If it is after office hours, the call will be answered and security will be dispatched. If a live person cannot take your call, leave a detailed message and security will be notified.
