  • 2018-08-26 12pm trespasser sleeping in the stairwell, 27th floor (internal)

  • 2018-08-24 6am trespasser sleeping in the hallway, 28th floor (internal)

  • 2018-08-20 4pm Hallway mirror smashed, 20th floor (internal)

  • 201808-17 9pm rooftop furniture vandalized (internal)

  • 2018-08-17 7pm trespasser tried to enter the building and use the stairwell for prostitution. Stopped by security. (internal)

  • 2018-07-15 5:52am 2 trespassers set fire to a corner of the building on the roof. (Internal)

  • 2018-07-02 1pm Attempted robbery at the in-building tuck shop. Robber apprehended.

  • 2018-06-06 Front door touchscreen entry system smashed.

  • 2018-06-06 9pm Wallets stolen from an unlocked apartment.

  • 2018-05-30 7:40am Trespasser damaged the door lock leading to the garage. Apprehended by security. Blood trail from the basement floor to the main floor.

  • 2018-05-17 Lobby glass door smashed.

  • 2017-12-10 10:30am Two trespassers drinking on rooftop patio.

  • 2017-12-05 7pm 3 trespassers seen smoking and doing drugs on the 22nd floor staircase, west end.  Superintendent said he was working at another building and asked the resident to call the police. Resident on hold with the police non-emergency line and gave up after waiting 45 minutes.

  • 2017-12-1 10pm Trespasser on the 9th floor rummaged through the recycling bin

  • 2017-11-30 11:15pm Trespasser arrested in the lobby

  • 2017-11-28 3:30am Trespasser trying to open doors on the 8th to 11th floor. Removed by 3 police and 2 security guards at 4am.

  • 2017-11-26 8:44pm Trespasser trying to open doors on 3rd and 4th floor.  Not removed by security until 12am. 

  • 2017-11-25 8am Trespasser sleeping on the 23rd floor recycling room.  Security did not respond until 9am.

  • 2017-11-14 10:30am Superintendent removed a trespasser from the 17th floor. Lots of screaming and yelling. 

  • 2017-11-08 3:12pm Break-in on the 26th floor. Valuables taken.

  • 2017-12-08 Bedroom windows cleaned.

  • 2017-11-16 2am Fire alarm went off. Hot water pipe burst. Flooding reported on the 9 Floor.

  • 2017-11-15 Work on water-proofing external walls done

  • 2017-11-06 Pool closed after failing city inspection due to a burnt out bulb and unsafe cover. Reopened on the 25th.

  • 2013 Sauna vandalized and fire sprinklers flooded the upper floors.  Sauna still closed.
